PWM-Policy-Out-Of-Date Patch???

Can anyone explain what this patch does and how it works? 

The definition is as follows:

PWM-Policy-Out-Of-Date:

Check if the power management plicy is the same between the core server and clients. And if it is not same, this definition can synchronize from the core server to the clients.

What power policy on the core does it sync?  What definition?

We've had devices that seemed to have had their power scheme changed even though the were no LANDesk Power Policies set with the Agent.  When I look at the "Clean/Repair History" on a device I noticed the install date of the patch seems to correspond with the time the device power policy was changed.
